Good bike, AMAZING service

This is a nice folding bike- with big 26'' wheels.
When I got the bike there was a problem with the ring, and shifting gears was not smooth at all. I contacted the seller and they immediately apologized, said that the installation probably had some problems, and that I can take the bike to the nearest repair shop to fix and they will refund me.
The process was indeed very simple. I fixed the bike and received a full refund on the repair cost within a matter of days. After the repair the bike works perfectly.
The service really could not have been better, and you know you are secured with this seller.

Very Pleased

I thought a folding bike would be much less of a bike. But the 26" Columba I bought from 2KSilver was as well equipped as any other bike I own. It actually had the bell as in all the bells and whistles...and reflectors, and smoothly working gears etc.
The overall quality seems exceptional and the packaging and preparation was excellent. They were wonderful to deal with and the bike came quickly and as promised. I only was able to test drive the bike as the winter is still heavily upon us but it all seemed well engineered. The folding bag they threw in was welcomed.
The bike comes completely assembled, except for the parts you would naturally remove to fold it...but here I could have used some instructions as I didnt want to force anything..but the company responded immediately to my emailed questions with text and photos to help...why not make a little book?
All in all...a lovely product from good people.

Good bike, great value!

Bike came out of the box with little assembly. Good Shimano components that needed just a little adjustment for first trip which was at least 10 miles. Used a rope to keep wheels together when it's folded to easily put in the car trunk.
