4A nice bike!
By Song Lai
This is the first folding bike we have had, and it was purchased for my teenager son about 1.5 months ago. Since I found that most other folding bikes have smaller wheels, we had concern about the 26" wheels this bike uses. It turned out to be a nicely designed and built product! We could easily fold it and put it in the trunk of my Acura TL sedan wherever we go. It is light weight, rides great, as steady as my non-folding bike because of the double suspension. My son loves it. I enjoy riding it so much that I want to get one for myself too. The costomer service was excellent. The seller always answered my inquiries extrememly politely, promptly, and professionally.

Highly recommend.

5like this bike
By cimhog
We bought this bike for our teenager daughter. The bike arrived faster than we expected and it looks better than the picture. It is also very easy to assemble. Our daughter loves the color, the sturdiness and the folding feature.

And the price is great. We have searched around for a while and this has the best value.

Also I agree with the previous reviewer, the seller always answered my inquiries extrememly politely, promptly, and professionally.

5I am glad I got it - great bike!

UPDATE 7:
At 5300km, I have my first major repair. I just have three broken spokes and the back tire is flat. Note I have not done any tune up on this bike since I bought it more than a year ago. Also I have subjected this bike to a 3000km biking trip carrying 100kg load so there is nothing strange about the three broken spokes now. This bike have been performing very well and I am very happy with it. I took the bike to the shop for its first tune up and replace the three broken spokes. But I think the bike is showing its age from now on. At this point I think the bike has accomplished its designed performance so what ever happen from now on I will not be making anymore report. Beside, I plan on upgrading it to 21 speed which involve replacing many parts and it will not be the orginal Colomba bike anymore.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE 6:
Now it is at about 5000km, my back gear (I think it is called the cassete or free flywheel?) is skipping. This only happen
when I am in high gear(when the chain is in the smallest diameter gear of the cassete. I do not know if the whole cassete
is skipping but I do noted the the smallest diameter gear of the cassete is totally wear out thus I think it is the chain
that skip over the gear and not the whole cassete. I try to replace the cassete but I could not find a six speed cassete
where I am in Asia. I may have to update it to a seven speed cassete which will turn my bike into 21 speed; But I may have
to change the shifting, derailer and maybe even the chain as well. This may be costly.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE 5:
I am happy to report that at about 3500km, I had my first and only major part replacement; the bearing system in the right pedal was acting up.
The thing that hold the beads was broken. A trip to the bike shop fixed the problem. I am still very happy with bike.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

UPDATE 4: At this point, 2000km, my front inner tube has to be replaced. It flat at a place where it was mended previously. They gave
me a bad inner tube since the beginning. So check your. Also I left this bike out in the very hot tropical sun for 5 days and none of
the rubber (like the seat) has any problem. I was very glad.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE 3:
After more than 1600 km and six flat tires, this bike still perform well. I have not done any tuned up so the brakes show some aging.
Also the derailer is not as smooth as it was before but still working well. Other than these issues, there is no major problems.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE 2:
I have logged more then 800 km with this bike and have mended six flat tire, both front and back. This bike still perform very well.
I have only one thing to report. While mending a flat on the front tire, I discovered the front inner tube has a kink and two places
where the ruber is thiner than the rest of the tube. I found this a little disapointing because it seems that the manufacturer is using
low quality and defective inner tube.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATE:
After logging about 250Km in badly constructed city and country road, I have to say this bike hold up well so far.
I got my first flat tire after about 150Km. The manufacturer said it is not built for rugged terrain but I plan to
push it to that limit.

--------------------------------------------------------------
This is my first folding bike so I was not sure how well it will work. Well I am realy glad I got it and
I am pleasently subprised how solid and rugged it felt riding it. I absolutely can not tell that I am ridding
a folding bike. At 34lbs, it felt significantly lighter than conventional bike. I recieved it via FedEx and
with half an hour, I am already ridding it, testing it out. There is very little asymbly needed and the instruction is well written
but you don't needed. The bike is very easy to fold and unfold (take about 20 seconds) and you can compactly store it away.
The carton box that it was shiped in has a dimension of 30" heigh 38" length and 14" depth so that give you an idea of
the maximun space it will need for storage. This dimension and weight makes it possible to check it in as regular luggage
at the airport.

If you are a tall person, it said that you can request a longer seat post but I have not figure out how to do that via Amazon.com
I have not used it long enough to say how long it will hold up but I think at the very minimun, you can ride it in the city with no
problem.
